Description
It's been a while since I've had the chance to run outside and stargaze, but I found this in my stash of images from the last time I went out. Despite all of the frustrations this planet caused me during this session, I do believe this is probably my best Saturn, to date. You can pretty clearly make out the 'bandedness' of the cloudtops, as well as the equatorial band which, up until this point, I had been unable to resolve so well.
With any luck, I'll be able to venture out soon and capture Saturn and Venus before they migrate into inconvenient positions in the sky, although violent hordes of insects may impede my wishes... We'll see.
